Brianna's room

I am a college student who has a room available for rent for a female in college as well! You would have the entire upstairs to yourself and your own bathroom- just not connected to you room. Security surrounding the house, safe neighborhood with HOA (but I would pay the fee you do not have to) and it is a newly built home animal free. Rent is 800/ month and that includes a garage parking spot. Electricity & water are split- shouldnt be more than 75 total. Less than 20 minutes away from UTC & Chatt State.

It is just me and it is animal free. I am clean and easy to get along with, really just looking to not be alone but also make a new friend. I have 3 bedrooms total; one for me, one for you, and a guest room for when your family or friends were to come visit.
