Albert's room

The property is a 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhome apartment. You will be having your own bedroom as well as a bathroom and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment complex has a complementary gym, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, and basketball courts. Parking is very accessible as you can park in the middle of the street, but if you want to park inside the complex with your own parking lot that is fine as well.

Living in the property is my girlfriend and I. We are currently 2 nursing students who are graduating this December of 2021 and will be studying for our board exam. We are extremely studious, clean, organized and overall respectful. We’re usually fairly quiet and do not host parties since the apartment complex has a 24/7 quiet policy.
