The house is 1200 square feet. It’s got 2 bathrooms so yours would be the guest bath but also have it to yourself. The probably has a huge backyard and a TON of fruit trees that they will pay a gardener to maintain and we can enjoy as much as we want. It’s in a really nice neighborhood next to the priceton off ramp on the 118 but not close enough to be annoyed by noise.

Hello! It’s my husband, Tom, and myself, Katie. We haven’t moved in yet so there are no pictures but we can always set up a meet. It’s in Moorpark. Tom and I just got married but we’ve been together 6 years. We have 2 pugs and 2 cats. They are really sweet. We’re super chill. We love to laugh. We’re Christians. We also love horror movies. We don’t do BS. As long as your chill, generally respectful, pick up after yourself, and are cool with a zoo 😂 make yourself at home! We aren’t super formal. We want everyone to feel comfortable.
