Looking for FEMALE renter who is clean, responsible, considerate and respectful with professional background. Must work daytime outside of home 5 days a week.

Unfurnished Room upstairs with own bathroom and walk-in closet. Washer/Dryer upstairs for use. Parking in front of the house, but no driveway parking. Use downstairs kitchen for moderate cooking.

Rent includes water, garbage, electricity and internet. Renter is responsible for additional internet service if they want to purchase a separate router. Option for month to months or a 1 year lease. After 1 year, it can be extended for another year.

Quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood. Park is across House. Great walking trails. Close to freeway 580 and all shopping stores only 6-10 minutes away. There is an ACE train 5 minutes away. It goes to Fremont, Pleasanton, Livermore, Santa Clara, San Jose. Check out the website for more information.

Rules are light cooking and cleaning up after yourself. Quiet time after 10 pm. No smoking, drugs, alcohol or boyfriends, overnight guests, no loud music or singing around the house, no pets, no cussing or swearing, no male visitors to house please (exceptions for movers helpers for installation or moving etc). Photos will be given upon request afterwards. Address will only be given upon references and after meeting in person at nearby cafe.

I am a respectful, and quiet person. There is one other senior female and her adult son with an intellectual disability. They stay downstairs in their room only.
