Have a spot open in a furnished shared room in a 2 bed/2bath female only apartment in West Hollywood.

There is a walk-in closet and bathroom attached to the room.

Rent is $800 not including utilities (~$80). $800 Security Deposit. You will be added to our month-to month lease as a roommate.

Ralphs, target, runyon canyon, chinese theatre (hollywood blvd), and plenty of restaurants located nearby. The pool, gym and laundry room located on-site. We share tandem parking but there is also street parking available.

Please no pets.

We are looking for our 4th roommate. We age from early to late twenties and consist of a student and two working professionals. We do have a cat who is well behaved and will not enter the shared room you will be living in. Your roommate works in the entertainment industry, is easy going, very clean and does not smoke/vape.
