Your bedroom is the 2nd bedroom and has a walk in closet, plenty of natural light, and 14’x14’ (or bigger, not exactly sure on the size but it’s large). My current lease ends in May and I believe my current roommate will be moving out. The complex did raise the rent on renewal. Must pass the properties credit check. Only first month rent due at move in. Your rent is $950 plus the complex charges water/sewer/garbage and averages about $60/month each. Electricity is in addition and split 50/50.
