Dorothy Street

My roommate is leaving for a job in SF in mid-March, and I’m looking for someone to fill her spot in the master bedroom in our apartment! The room is very spacious and you will have your own bathroom. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the living area (dining room, kitchen, living room) is fully furnished and equipped with all the necessities. The parking would be street parking; but as long as you’re comfortable parallel parking it shouldn’t be an issue most evenings.

About me: I’m a 24 year old female and work at a startup in West LA. I enjoy spending time at home during the week, having friends over, and occasionally hosting dinners. I like to go out on the weekends and will have small groups of friends over and sometimes enjoy hosting parties, but they never get too crazy or overly loud.

About you: You are preferably a female in your mid to late 20s with a stable job. I’m completely fine with people coming over as long as they are respectful of the space. My current roommate and I enjoy spending time together (we share staple grocery items, enjoy a glass of wine and Netflix after work, etc.), so someone who shares similar interests and feels comfortable in the apartment would be ideal. One weird thing is that I’m entertaining the idea of getting a cat, and watch a friend’s cat when she’s out of town fairly regularly, so if you’re deathly allergic it may not be a good fit.
