I’m looking for a relatively clean roommate in my 2x2 apartment at the Villas at Keystone Canyon. The move in date would be around May 1st but could be earlier if needed. Its a 1 year lease. The apartment comes with upgraded appliances. You will have access to the complex gym and pool. The room is unfurnished so disregard any thing you see in it now. No smoking. Only looking for Males. Pet friendly but prefer dogs, they have to be well trained, get along with mine, and pay any fees associated with having a pet. Covered parking spot included. The apartment has a beautiful view of Reno with a lot of hiking trails nearby. The rent will be around $940 with utilities. Cable is included if you have a tv. Less than a 5 minute drive to campus. I’m a young business professional who mostly works from home for the time being. I enjoy being active and doing things like hiking, floating the river, climbing, yoga, and working out. My favorite sports are football and basketball. I like to get out whenever I can but also enjoy watching sporting events on the weekends. I’m a clean person.
