Hello future roommate! Would you like to live with me and my two annoying but loving dogs in a luxury apartment on the H street corridor? The rent is $1210 a month and 1/2 of the utilities (electric, Comcast internet). Looking for a month to month commitment. Vaccination required.
The apartment is on a great street a few blocks away from busy H street. The DC streetcar and several bus routes are minutes away.
An incredible second story unit with a fully furnished living room and kitchen, washer and dryer, electric range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and garbage disposal. I have a full stocked kitchen with everything a person would need.
