Looking for a non-smoking female roommate to share my 2nd floor apartment.

I have 1 bedroom available that will share a bathroom with 1 other female roommate. Common areas such as kitchen and living room will be available for use and laundry is in unit. Rent is $800 a month, all utilities included so don’t need to worry about splitting bills each month.

Apartment is freshly painted and carpets cleaned! Only 5 minutes drive from UNR and downtown Reno. Bus stop within a minute walk for public transport access.
