Rich's room

I have been renting this room all year for $1100 a month. The last person had lived here for a year until 2018. She referred her cousin here for a summer internship, and she herself suddenly needed her old room back as she was starting a new job after finishing a masters degree, but then she wanted a bigger apartment with her boyfriend moving in from Southern California, so she was touch and go after all, so I am willing to make a deal to fill this until at least mid November.
I know I said background check required, but if is clear you have had one recently for a job, I may be able to waive it.

Furnished private bedroom. Excellent location very near BART, supermarket, lake and parks. Wifi included (possible ethernet can be added). Utilities included. Kitchen privileges, pots, pans, utensils can be used as long as you clean up promptly after yourself.

Please describe your bio, recent residential history and what are your activities, interests, job, school, favorite food, beverages, and whether you smoke (I do not, and strongly prefer non-smoker, but have an outdoor balcony if you do) and favorite beverages, if any. Also describe any proposed visitors, guests, cohabitants, and pets, and how much stuff you have to move in, (note room is fully furnished, and this is ideal for someone with not a lot of stuff to bring in) and how long you would like to stay here __? I have a postgraduate professional degree, and am quasi retired yet pretty active.

I have 2 outdoor cats which live in their own indoor space on ground level. I have people coming back to live here sometimes up to 3 times themselves or referring friends, co-workers, and relatives depending on where school or job leads them. Even without advertising.
