Polite provisions two blocks away, Fall Brewing right across the street. All bars/restaurants on University and Adams (Normal Heights area) are about half a mile away in either direction. Vons within walking distance and corner store bodega right across the street + 7/11 one block away. Rent is $883/month with utilities averaging around $120, (Utilities include water/gas/electric & internet). Lease is month to month. Deposit is $400. Washer & dryer included in the unit as well as working fireplace. You’ll have your own shelf in the fridge as well as your own cabinet with three shelves for food storage, etc. Kitchen has electric stove, dish washer and microwave (other appliances up for communal use include vitamix, vegetable juicer and coffee maker). Large smart tv in the living room with all the streaming apps and a very comfy couch. No central A/C but each room has a heating unit built into the wall for winter times. The unit has an attached garage with driveway and you would have your own spot to park. Must be animal friendly, I have an 1 year old puppy and the other tenant has a bengal kitten :) Unfortunately can’t have any other animals at this time. MUST have a job (not self-employed) as well as have decent credit and positive referrals. The two of us living here are great about shared responsibility and keeping things clean. We would expect the same from you!

We have an amazing dynamic in the house, we’ve become good friends and have a nice balance between relaxing on the couch together after work and enjoying personal time away in our rooms.
