Room for rent in a small house three blocks from the beach! You would be renting the large (11x13.5) front bedroom which has lots of light and a good sized closet in the room and a second coat closet in the hall. Private bathroom with a tub and lots of cabinet space. You will have access to the kitchen, living space and back yard.
Home is furnished (except the bedroom) to include washer/dryer, kitchen, and living room. Has a nice back-yard. Internet is included. Walking distance to Riviera Village with lots of shops and places to eat. Great neighbors! Ample parking is available on the street.
Pet friendly…for a small dog or cat that can make friends with my cat and little dog.
