Nearby VRE, commuter lot, grocery stores. Students, working professionals are welcomed. Private entrance to basement through side and rear entry. Shared use of laundry room and kitchen.

I am full time worker in DC. Very respectable and clean. I am the only resident that currently reside in the property. I occupy the top level of the townhouse, the other resident will rent out the basement. Shared laundry, I do laundry once per week or bi-weekly
