The apartment has a great location just minutes away from The District and South Coast Plaza and has also amazing amenities such as a fully equipped gym, rooftop pool and spa, virtual golf, coworking spaces, and many community events. You would get an assigned parking spot. Utilities will be split between both of us.

I am a young professional who is very clean and lives a pretty calm life. I like playing tennis, spend time with friends, going to the beach and skiing. I Prefer a roommate that is gay friendly, respectful, and clean.
