Megan and Jeremy's room

Our 2 bedroom and 1 bath house is located in North Clairemont Mesa. We are renting the larger room that is not furnished. There is a ceiling fan, TV wall mount, and closet with motion lights. The kitchen was remodeled and walls were knocked down to open up the dining and living room. There’s centralized heating and air conditioning. Washer and dry available in the garage. The backyard is a decent size with a nice porch, gas fireplace, and garden. We have many citrus trees too. There is a deer on the wall, but we can take it down. There’s plenty of parking on the side driveway or the street. I love this area because we are close to everything and Convoy street. Look up Clairemont Town Square and Balboa Mesa Shopping Center. We are also only 10 minutes away from La Jolla. We are looking for a a roommate who is COVID responsible and respectful. We can be flexible about the rent. We may accept pets, but must meet them first. There will be a $500 deposit for a pet.

We are high school sweethearts from nor cal and in our late 20s. We keep our house clean and cozy. We are both easy going and health conscious. Megan is currently working and going to grad school (Master of Public Health). In her free time, she likes doing yoga, knitting/crafting, gardening, and drinking coffee. Jeremy is working full time, but away majority of the year. He likes surfing, hiking, and tinkering around the house when he’s home. Megan will be the primary contact since Jeremy travels. She prefers a female housemate who is a working professional or grad student. We are looking for a long term renter. Please reply with your interest and approximate duration for renting the room.
