Hello! I have a stunning unfurnished bedroom available in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house (unit b in a duplex) in redondo beach. It is a huge bedroom (about 15 x 14) and has its own bathroom attached to it. The closet is enormous and lines the entire length of the room. The common spaces are for everyone to use, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all items needed to cook, clean, etc. There is a dishwasher, new appliances, ceiling fans in every room, central vacuum unit, as well as a washer and dryer. There are two garage parking spots that are rotated out between the residents. You would be taking over my spot in the 4 person lease which goes until july 1.

The other residents are three very quiet and respectful female engineers in their early twenties. They are looking for someone similar to take my spot. No smoking!
