Taylor's room

Looking to fill 2 rooms for a lease takeover until August 2022! 2 rooms right by SDSU, minutes away from a ton of college area stores and restaurants! I’m looking for 2 girls, preferably working/graduated, to fill 2 rooms in my 3 bed, newly updated apartment! This room is the 2nd largest room, and has a closet and a portion of a shared balcony! This room is $860.
Both rooms share a nice, good sized bathroom with new fixtures and a tub. The apartment itself is a 2 story, with all common areas on the 1st floor so it’s pretty quiet. There is a guest 1/2 bathroom on the first floor as well. The living room is pretty big and has its own balcony, and the kitchen is all newly renovated with a large dining area! It can be pet friendly upon pet approval! (I have 2 kitties that stay in my room unless I’m home). I’m really looking for mid-late 20’s, clean and chill roommates!
