All utilities are included except electric, which is usually only $30 to $50 a per month.

I’m a pretty laidback person, super easy to get along with. usually I’m never home because I work all the time but when I am I usually just sleep or watch anime. I do have a kitten named haku, he is very well behaved and isn’t too obnoxious.
