1 Furnished Room for Rent in Elk Grove (in a beautiful, clean and safe, gated community). Room is for one (1) person occupancy only. Females preferred.

This is a 2 story – 3 bedroom family home. Room for rent is located upstairs and shares a bathroom with another lodger. No one else uses the bathroom except the two lodgers.

Looking for a full time working professional. Rooms are furnished with queen-size beds, 2 pillows, nightstand, night lamp, trash can, office chair, ceiling fan, a closet and a dresser.

The house is in a gated community. You can take walks, ride bicycles and use the pool. The community is close to groceries, shopping centers, restaurants, and fitness centers. Renter must respect the peaceful atmosphere of the house and neighborhood. Renter must be responsible, courteous and trustworthy. Must CLEAN up after thyself; this is a must!

Lodger’s rental agreement to be signed before moving in. Please call for inquiries.

Month to month rent, 12 months minimum stay. Must have full time work and can show proof of income (2 months recent pay stubs or source of income to cover rent). Must provide valid ID with photo. • No 100% stay at home or work from home professional•

About the Landlord: Easy going professional who mostly lives alone. Family visits rarely but stays a while when they do. I work full time and travel a lot for work. A BIG stickler for cleanliness.
