So, we have a glorious opportunity for those wishing to live in a wonderful neighborhood. 2 bedrooms in a 5 bedroom home, each with private bathroom. 2 living rooms and a beautiful backyard. It’s a palace.

looking to sublet each of the rooms for March, and the potential for long term if we get along!

About the area: 2 min walk to Flushing/broadway JMZ & 15 min walk to L train Great restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops and bars/venues within walking distance.

About us: The house is occupied by four creatives, 25-30yrs. Music, marketing, comedy, fashion & friendship, oh and one adorable pup named Bagel whom has yet to find her creative stride as she is young still but we’re thinking modeling or sculpture. Someone is usually home as we all work from home from time to time. The backyard is a great escape from a busy day in the city and the BBQ is ready for business. All of us are more than happy to steer you in the direction of fun activities so don’t hesitate to ask! Bagel the pup is about to turn one, she is VERY friendly and will roam around the house at her leisure but is usually right by Ariana’s side. We’re all gainfully employed and responsible, keep a clean house, and don’t bring the party home. Though we like to chill!

Deets: Two living rooms, full kitchen, backyard with BBQ and fire pit, and central air. The rooms have some furnishings (we can talk details). Utilities not included (usually around $150/mo).
