Hey guy, so I finally found a beautiful luxury apartment (NOT Furnished) in Fort Lauderdale near Las Olas, in Flagler Village, it’s a 2/2 (rooms in opposite ends) and I’m looking for a roommate. Move in date in January. Building has a pool, dog park, two story gym, etc. Room: $1’600 (with everything included, meaning water, trash, parking, electric, administration) and only a $1’200 security deposit. Looking for someone that doesn’t work from home, most like dogs cause I have two small Yorkies (no more pets). I work at the airport, have two small yorkies, am very clean and outgoing. I like o relax with my dogs, go to the gym, and be a social butter fly around the beautiful places that are located close to the apartment. Females or males excepted but no couples.
