Larwin Avenue

It is my family home. I rent the master. It is a 2 story town home in a community. Lots of street parking available. 2 indoor cats. Can discuss addition pets in needed. There are 2 community pools available. Also located in front of the Santa Susana Pass so lots of hiking near by. Close to 118 freeway and 101 Freeway.

All rooms are upstairs. There are 2 rooms available. With private baths. One bathroom has double sinks. Shower/bath combo. The smaller room will also have a private bath that has a shower (bathroom downstairs). Rooms can be furnished or not.

About me : I am 28year old female. Who works 5 days/ week in Encino. Though I do not do drugs. It’s ok if you smoke as long as it’s outside on one of the 2 patios. I drink on occasion. So there will be beer and wine in the fridge from time to time. I am also a sociable person. So I may have people over on weekends from time to time. As you are welcome to have people over as well. I am easy to get along with.
