About the room
1300sq ft house with fenced yard, carport, storage shed, and back patio I own and live in the house, I have 2 German Shepherds that live people. I am always working on making the house better. The available room has new paint and vinyl floors, ceiling fan and 1 window. The bathroom has been redone and is shared with 1 person. 1 cat is ok as long as it stays in the room and I can’t smell the litter box. 1 Female dog is ok as long as she gets along with mine. Smoking is ok outside only!

I am 34 years old, single, with no kids. I work full time, part time, and usually working on projects in the carport in my spare time. Kevin is the other roommate, he is 50(ish) and works full time. He’s quiet and keeps to himself
