Brooke's room

It’s a three bed two bath home with an open floorplan, large kitchen, separate dining room (that has yet to find a purpose), and spacious living room with a wood fireplace. Front facing two car garage w/ driveway, however there is a large desk taking up the space for a second vehicle in the garage. Street parking available. Medium-sized backyard w/ small uncovered patio (I’m planning on getting a sturdy canopy to cover it so the space becomes more usable). Your bedroom will come with a wooden bedframe, mattress & pad, a dresser, small bookshelf, & a full length mirror. There is one window in the room & a two door closet. You’ll also have your own full bath right across the hallway from your room. In the kitchen there is ample space for your own food if you’d like to have things separated, if not then there’s a large walk-in pantry where we can keep shared items. Oh, and the sofa in the living room is a pull-out bed so guests are welcome. Open for move-in very soon!

I’m a 26 year old single mom with a 4 year old son. I usually keep to myself, however my son is another story. You’ll need to be ok with a (very cute) four year old following you around and wanting to play if you’d like to live with us. Your room does have a lock if you need your own time without him interfering, but open spaces are fair game. He has his own room, in between mine and yours, but he sleeps w/ me 99% of the time. I’m a clean person, but not a clean-freak. I’m ok w/ clutter as long as its not dirty, if you know what I mean. The house itself has a lot of unfurnished spaces so if you have extra furniture feel free to bring it along and we can decorate together. Non-smoker preferred (🌿 is acceptable), non-religious household but I’m open to any as long as boundaries are respected.
