Room for rent. room has its own mini refrigerator and a microwave. Ideal for one person. Use of other common areas are excluded except the stairs, laundry room and bathroom. Cooking facilities not available. Water, electricity and trash services included. Once a week Laundry is included. No guests overnight. No illegal drugs or smoking of any kind. Rooms are secured. House has security cameras for safety and security. Short term renters preferred.

It’s a family house. The house is in full use. Three residents. Kid in premises. Occasional gathering and social events may take place. You willl be notified beforehand.
