A well-kept home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s on the Boise bench in walking distance of the grocery store and close to the freeway, Costco, Walmart and Boise State.

I’ll have an open room on Nov. 12. The room has a large closet and if needed, I have an extra desk, twin bed and chair that may be used. The monthly rent covers everything, including utilities and 5G Internet.

Me and my current roommates are all working professionals. We keep the home clean and we’re respectful of each other’s personal space, but at the same time, we like to occasionally hang out and play games or watch movies.

Bonus points if you’re into hobbies like D&D or Magic the Gathering. (I have a game table that can display digital maps.)

For the safety of our household, no smoking, vaping, drugs, or alcohol is allowed.

Everyone in my home has either been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, has natural immunity, or both. I installed an Aerus Air Scrubber to purify our indoor air and improve our quality of life. I also recently modeled the downstairs bathroom last month.

I’d prefer to find someone willing to sign a lease for the 2023 calendar year, so I can provide the best possible price.
