The room has its own private bath there are two roommates who are nice. The kitchen and living room are shared. Parking is 30 a month but you can park on the street. I live in the 2nd floor there are elevators. I need to move asap!! Credit had to bee at lease 600 to get approved. You can have a co-signer. 3 pay stubs required.
