Saint Francis Place

Renovated, modern 2 Bed 2 Bathroom apartment located in the SoMa district of San Francisco. Just walking distance from Montgomery Station BART, 4th and King Caltrain Station and on the corner of a Muni stop. The property is a couple blocks from Metreon, SalesForce Tower, Museum of Modern Art, and Oracle Park… I’m not sure why the map shows it as being further south and west. It’s a community complex complete with onsite pool, hot tub, gym, library, mail/package processing room, and laundry facilities on each floor (however the apartment has washer dryer in unit). There are also three locked gates/doors between the apartment and the outside world so it’s safe.

Your room will have its own private bathroom as well as a spacious walk in closet (room on the right in the layout). Do you like the sun? Great!…. The apartment is always bathed in it. The room has blackout curtains installed just in case… There’s some light furniture in there, including a brandnew bed, but I can also get rid of it. I’m open to a little negotiation on the rent and utilities within reason.
