Located in East Vancouver, it is in a great place. Close to the freeway, grocery store is a short walk away, plenty of food options nearby. There is street parking as well as a driveway. Full amenities (washer/dryer, internet, full kitchen access).

Utilities is included in pricing. This includes electric, gas, water, and internet.
