I am looking for a roommate around January 20th to share an apartment.

Rent: $1028 altogether or $515 split. Utilities are around $100-$120 split each month.

The apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 bath. There are three closets for storage as well as storage outside. There is a dishwasher, central hair, and heating.

Location: Nora Area of Indianapolis close by the Nora Target

Pet Friendly-there is pet rent each month, but I believe it’s fairly inexpensive. I don’t have any pets so all fur baby’s welcome.

Quick access to College, Meridian, and 465. Pretty much easy access to the entire city.

Right next to the Monon Trail and within walking distance of 86th street, where you have access to:

Aldi Target Kroger (Kroger Gas) Whole Foods Marshall’s Starbucks PNC Bank Hardee’s A Wine Store Taco Bell Panda Express Steak N Shake BP CVS Walgreens

And honestly way more.

Area is very safe and quiet. It’s a beautiful apartment with tons of storage space.
