Sydney's room

Need a roommate by December 15th. You will have your own space but shared kitchen and bathroom spaces. I do sleep in the smaller spare room but am usually in the living room because my desk is out there. The living room has a couch and a tv along with an extra twin bed at the moment.

I am 18 years old, I work a part time job, and am currently a student at JJC. I have a cat and a gecko. Other pets have to be verified by my landlord and will cost a fee. Living room and kitchen are already furnished. I do have an extra twin bed that I do not use if needed.
