Vineland Avenue

Hi there! I have a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. I am looking for a new roommate(s) to fill the second bedroom, as my previous roommates are moving out of town. I would prefer either a couple (of any gender!) or a female roommate. Apartment Complex has laundry facilities, and my place comes with 2 parking spots that are both under a covered area (one for me, and one would be for you!) Everything is furnished, aside from your bedroom (don’t be fooled by the bedroom photos, that is my current roommates’ bed), I’m flexible on anything you might want to bring along for the shared space! I’m very laid-back, friendly, and can get along with anyone! The complex is in a great central location, easy to travel anywhere you may need to go in LA.
