Peaks Landing

I have a two bedroom apartment currently. The roommate I have is moving out soon and I need another person to help me cover the rent until the lease is up. The room has its own bathroom and the only shared space in the apartment is the kitchen, the living room, and the balcony. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It has a washer and dryer and microwave.

Besides the roommate that is moving out the only one in the apartment is me. I am usually gone between 9am to 6pm. My schedule will be changing soon and I will be working from home. I little about me is I’m 23 and I have full time job. Im black but I’m very chill. I’m fun to be around and genuinely do care for people who choose to be around me. I’m quiet also and I don’t make much noise. I sleep when I came or hang out with my friends. No one really comes over much. Not really a party person either. I am a college student in my last semester.
