Hello everyone! Seeking a new roommate.

Apt is a 2 bed/2 full bath with rooms on opposite side of the apt for privacy. Google Fiber, washer and dryer in unit, fireplace, carpet floors, walk in closet.

I do want to be clear this place is not a apartment chain, it’s very much a Austinite safe haven. So don’t expect crazy bells and whistles like the influx of changes Austin has had. It’s a hidden gem if you ask me.

It’s in a quiet area of South Austin with a 5 min drive to most main roads of the city (s.lamar, 1st Street, Congress) and downtown. Bus stop right outside to downtown and back if needed, so perfect for bikers. Connection to Ben white/HW 71 for access to the mall, the greenbelt, and airport just minutes away. Local dive Bar Casino South a walk up the road for you local enjoyment and Radio just a bit further.

I’m kind of an introvert, so I’m generally quiet and keep to myself. Not that I won’t hangout from time to time. But my work and online activities due tend to take up a lot of my time.

I have two cats Jiji and Kyo and yes they are based after anime characters from youth. Props if you know which. Work M-F and during the day. So you won’t run into me until later in the afternoon to evening. All smoking must be done outside, even those that are 420. Vaping non 420 is okay in privacy of room.

I do go spend a lot of time hiking or finding places to relax with my hammock on the weekends. Love the outdoors when I get the chance but if not, you’ll see me binging some Netflix shows most likely.

Work for a video game company so I’ll be working from home all the time but do make sure not to respect others space. I do come out to use my small exercise area regularly. You will get a TV profile for all streaming services in the apartment but also free to use your own too.

I’ve had 5 people come live here (men and women) for the last 5 years I’ve been here and have an excellent record. I mean 3 of the people that lived with me, now live here in their own apt now.
