Hi! I found a gorgeous 3 bed / 1 bath right on Manhattan Ave in Williamsburg and am looking for two roommates to sign a 12 month lease with me for a November 1 move-in date. The unit feature stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter top space, dishwasher, high ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows. Each bedroom can easily accommodate queen size beds with extra furnishings, and closet space. The building is a 5 minute walk from the Montrose Ave L train and features a large and tidy laundry room, bike storage, common area, virtual doorman, elevator, package room, gym, and a fully furnished rooftop with an amazing view.
