Beautiful coastal home right off the 5 freeway. 12 minute walk to the beach and even closer to grocery store and shops. 3 story town home with 2 bedrooms; you’d have a private bath, kitchen and laundry access (use appropriately), utilities are additional cost. My partner and I are looking for someone that’s easy going and enjoys the place as much as we do but also takes responsibility for their part!

My name is Ashley, I work full time and a full time student. Erick is currently in school, and finished the Palomar Police Academy. We are both laid back, we enjoy going to the gym, and sunsets at the beach. We have 2 cats, that are the sweetest. It’s a quiet home, we aren’t partiers, and spend most of our free time playing board games at home or relaxing together. With our busy lives, we are looking for someone that enjoys a quiet home!
