Ivy's room

I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom in my apartment. The bedroom includes a Queen bed and clean beddings, A TV with cable and internet included, storage closet with sliding doors, and a nightstand with cozy reading lamp. I want a responsible, single individual (no kids, no pets, no couples) who wants to live in a clean home that is in a very safe neighborhood. Close to shopping, major highways, driveway parking, no drugs or violence. I Prefer someone who is kind, well-mannered, clean and quiet.

I am a professional female. I keep busy with work and physical fitness. I am friendly, sociable & laid back, but also very clean. I enjoy my privacy & don’t indulge in any gossip or drama, not my thing. I like to wind down with a cup of tea and an occasional glass of wine, while watching tv in the evenings. I have family/friends who have underlying health conditions, therefore I will require that you provide proof of vaccination.
