Hey y’all! Seeking a roomie to fill an available room in our four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house in SW Portland/Beaverton (Garden Home/Hillsdale area).

Rent is $600/mo with split utilities, free internet, and a month-to-month agreement (we’re looking for someone that plans to stay at least six months).

The home is in a great neighborhood about 15-20 minutes from the Portland State Campus and only a few minutes from several grocery stores, outdoor trails, and public parks. The location is not close to transit stations so we are more suitable for folks with cars.

I am a graduate student renting the home out for my mom who is the owner. We are looking for ONE additional longer term roommate to occupy the home with myself and the two other roomies.

Applicants must be able to provide first and last months rent, background check fee, and $150 deposit.

There are currently three female identified roommates in the home and we are looking for additional person to take over the available room. We are looking for a roommate that is respectful, responsible, honest, collaborative, tidy, and proactive to maintain our harmonious home environment. We are all COVID conscious and vaccinated.

A bit about each roommate:

V is 27 and a graduate student studying counseling. She is the homeowner’s daughter and helps manage the home. She is extroverted and enjoys dancing, karaoke, and making art. As a personal trainer of several years, she also enjoys staying active weight lifting, kickboxing, and doing yoga.

M is 26 and works as a lawyer for a local nonprofit. She is originally from New Jersey and is getting to know Portland. She works from remotely from home and enjoys DND, cooking, and making art!

S is 22 and is originally from the Seattle area. She works in the hospitality industry and enjoys learning about astrology and reading and recently took up roller skating!
