Detached single-family home that is only a year old. Many homes in the neighborhood are still being built. Very quiet and friendly neighbors, and there is workout equipment in the garage available to use (no gym membership needed here!).

Unfurnished private bedroom and bathroom. Assuming it’s nothing too crazy, you’re welcome to paint the bedroom to match your style/comfort.

There are two other bedrooms (master that I sleep in and one I’ve turned into an office). No plans on renting the second room at this time, but we can always discuss if things change or you have someone who may be interested.

I’m a 31 year-old male who works from the majority of the time with occasional travel for meetings. I work at Kaiser Permanente on the sales/account management teams.

One playful 10-year old Jack Russell mix. He unfortunately does have issues with other dogs/cats, so for safety, I can’t accept other pets in the house.
