It is not attached. The association is mostly all professionals. It is a three bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. Full laundry room., kitchen, dining room, living room , Den, and unfinished basement. Attached garage, large outside deck with patio. I prefer a profession or college female. I travel often and need a very responsible , clean roommate to share this beautiful home.
