This unit is a corner unit, sixth floor, living space has three additional windows & unit faces east. Plenty of light. Access to unit, either elevator or stairs. Two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Individual would occupy the master bedroom with master bathroom. Remote entry garage parking with designated space included in monthly rent. Stackable washer and dryer in unit. This is a newer large property built about eight years ago.

I am a independent mature self supporting single female. I have resided in this unit for three+ years. My son has moved away to college & this has met me with a need for a shared unit. I am clean and fairly quiet. I spend the usual time away & at home as most forty hour work week individuals. This is a large complex & it does have it’s occasional issue. None that have been intolerable by me. Future tenant will have to complete background check and prior to this photos of unit will be provided via email. Future tenant will be expected to sign lease for said months. (nine minimum) Please take the necessary steps to complete a back ground check.
