Hey! I have a room for rent in UTC/La Jolla, it’ll be available starting on Oct 24. 12-13 month lease. 2 bed 2 bath, you would be living with me.

Renovated top floor apartment, hardwood floors (carpet in bedrooms), in unit washer/dryer, AC/Heater, Bedroom ceiling fan, Dishwasher, Patio with sunset view of Doyle Park, Free parking space in apt parking garage. Your bedroom has a walk-in closet, and your bathroom is next to the bedroom. My room/bath is located diagonally across the living room - our bedrooms are separate and do not share a wall. The living room is furnished. Kitchen appliances are all new.

One large Pool and two Jacuzzi’s, a fully equipped Gym is located on the first floor. Also: a Pool table, Vending Machines, Arcade Games, and a Study Room where you can print for free is located in the clubhouse on the first floor.

About me: I’m 26, graduated college in 2017 and am now in law school, where I primarily study from home via Zoom. I’m from Los Angeles, and went to undergrad at University of Oregon, where I played basketball and made short films.
