Beautiful Pointe Tapatio community in North Mountain/North Phoenix area Safe, quiet, friendly neighborhood; combo of condos, townhomes, & single family homes with 4 community pools *54% are owners Median age: 47 yo *More private, as there are only 3 townhomes per building My building is the 3rd building south of Peoria Ave, so no traffic noise

*Extra bedroom is 10’ x 10’, with tan carpet & a nice window view. There is extra storage in the hall linen shelves Both BR’s & full bath are on 2nd level I use upstairs BR for showering only I use downstairs 1/2 bath for everything else Tile floors on main level, New ceramic stovetop /oven, purified water & ice dispenser on fridge door, full size w/d in unit Carport available for you just outside back door. Plus street parking in front I no longer drive, so you could have the parking space in carport. I’ve got a Nice private patio *Available January 17

The townhouse is managed by a Property Mgt co. They require a $45 (non refundable) application fee, & do a credit & background check, b4 approving a new resident. They require proof of income & proof of residency

I’m a 61 yo Christian female, but I don’t push my beliefs on anyone No kids or pets. Non smoker I’m Friendly, respectful with Healthy boundaries, & have had very good roommate experiences I’ve been on SSDI X 3+ years d/t symptoms from Lyme disease & adrenal insufficiency But I’m self sufficient I stay busy with projects, friends & family I just need more rest & quiet time to stay healthy & happy 😊 I was a Registered Dietitian for 30 years I eat a healthy gluten free, low sugar diet (most of the time!) But I indulge regularly! I love chips & chocolate
