I have a 3 bedroom with shared bathroom apartment. Looking to rent out the third unfurnished bedroom. Once the background check for the leasing office gives approval, Applicants can move in the next day. Apartment has full washer and dryer, high speed internet (Xfinity), access to Netflix 3 car parking spaces.

Must pass background check through leasing office before moving in. $1000 for the room includes utilities. A $500.00 security deposit required and a $60 (non-refundable) is for the background check and must be a money order or cashiers check.

Sorry no pets…

Only asking for $1500 to move in once you’re cleared the required background check for the office.

This is only a sub lease.
