Private space: partially furnished master bedroom and bath in a 3-level townhouse. The bedroom is approximately 160 SF plus closet space. The room has a dresser and a desk. Attached, spacious private bath is completely remodeled and contains two additional closets.

NOTE: You will need to bring your own bed. We can remove the furniture from the bedroom if you want to bring your own furnishings.

Shared spaces: main floor living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room; basement laundry room; fenced backyard patio with gas BBQ. Single car parking space is available in guest parking.

Walking distance to NIST (about 1 mile), Astra Zeneca (1/4 mile) and Kentlands. 1.5 miles from I-270. Several bus lines are within 10 min or less walking distance.

End unit townhouse, backing to woods in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to major roads. Fully equipped kitchen has been nicely remodeled with granite counters and large bottom freezer refrigerator. Living and dining areas are furnished. WiFi (Verizon FiOS) is fast and reliable. Renters may use community outdoor swimming pool.

Rental terms: $950/month, no smoking, no drugs, no pets are permitted, single occupant only. All utilities and WiFi are included. References and proof of income required before moving in. $600 deposit. The minimum lease term is 3 months converting to month-to-month. Longer lease agreements are welcome.

You will be sharing the common area with two quiet professionals. One roommate rents second floor bedroom and the other lives in the basement.
