Sagamore Street

The Apartment and Neighborhood:

Located on the ground floor this 3 bedroom 1 bath inlaw unit is located in the Oceanview neighborhood. 2 blocks from I-280. Muni lines, 54, 14, 14R, M line, and 57 as well as SamTrans lines 120 and 130 are all within a 5 minute walk, and Daly City BARTis a 15 minute walk. There is ample street parking available.

There are a few liquor stores, a 7-Eleven, a Subway, pizza restaurant, Chinese restaurant, and the brand new H Mart Supermarket all within 10 minute walk. There is also Walgreens, Dollar Tree, and multiple other restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Stonestown is 3 stops on the M line as well.

Please note, as an inlaw unit, there is no living room, and the kitchen has a hotplate, microwave, and toaster oven. Laundry access is Sundays 9am-5pm and Mondays 12pm-3pm and is free to use.

The Room:

This 8’x10’ room is the only one in the apartment with a closet, It will come unfurnished except for a wood desk (which can be removed if not needed). It DOES NOT have a window.

The Roommates:

Sohnjay, 24, gay, (he/him), originally from the East Bay, he is the longest tennant having lived in the apartment for over 4 years. He is a music teacher and a big fan of thrifting and trying new foods.

Emjae, 34, queer, (he/him), San Francisco native who has lived in 9 countries and all over the US. He has lived in the apartment since January 2021. He currently is a grad student at UC Berkeley and works full-time at a restaurant. He is passionate about political and social issues and also loves cooking and exploring new wines.

Both roommates are queer people of color, 420 friendly, as such it is very important to us that our home remains a safe space. All people are welcome to apply and we do not have preferences for age, race, gender, sexual orientation or religious backgrounds.
