Great fit for someone with kids! This is for 3 upstairs bedrooms for rent in a 2,306 sqft home from January 1st - April 30th. There is one bedroom downstairs currently occupied and they pay the other part of rent. FOR JUST YOU: You would get the three bedrooms upstairs. You can use them all as a bedroom or even use one as an office space. One bedroom has its own bathroom and the other two share a hallway bathroom. SHARED SPACE WITH HOUSEMATE: Housemate: one adult woman and her 2.5 year old daughter who live in their own private area downstairs. Here are the spaces that are shared:

1. Really large fenced in backyard that is great for dogs and possibly some winter gardening.
2. Really large garage for extra storage or even parking your car. There is also room for two cars in the driveway and there is a lot of free street parking. It’s a quiet neighborhood on a circle street so there is hardly any traffic passing through.
3. Shared kitchen, 2 living room spaces upstairs, 1 living space/kids area downstairs, big laundry room with extra storage space
4. Closets throughout the house to use as you see fit

Included:

1. Wifi and all utilities are included until April 30th.
2. Move out date is April 30th and the house has to be deep cleaned and anything beyond wear and tear patched up.
3. You may be able to take over the least starting May 1st if you’re interested, but the rent is more for the entire house. You would have to apply through Fox Property Management. Really important: This is an LGBTQ+ household and SWer positive. If you are uncomfortable with either, please don’t apply. It’s also important that you’re comfortable around kids since a 2.5 year old lives here and is very social.

If you have kids, it would be a great fit! I know how hard it can be to find great housing as parents. If you need absolute peace and quiet at all hours, not a great fit as 2.5 year olds like to express themselves at different volumes sometimes. ;-)

Dogs are great, they just need to be comfortable around kids and there can be no more than 2 dogs. You’d be responsible for cleaning up after them in the yard.

Hannah works in Denver a couple nights a week so is gone sometimes. Her daughter goes to an overnight babysitter in those cases.

The vibe is very friendly and welcoming. The kitchen tends to be the place to gather and chat and sometimes even cook together. I am only moving out because I have to move to Manitou Springs. Otherwise, I love this house so much and am really sad to say goodbye to it.
