Fabrice's room

I’m currently on lease at the refugio townhomes and I have one room that has opened up recently. The price to rent out each room is $900 a month. You will have your own private room that’s located upstairs with all the other rooms and you’ll be sharing a bathroom with a fellow individual (male). That comes with full access to the townhome (kitchen, washer and dryer, etc) the townhomes gym and pool as well. All Utilities are included. I do have 2 cats already so unfortunately no more animals. Must have first months rent up front.

Been at this townhome for about two years now, I’m 21 and work full time selling cars and the other roomate is going to school and working as well.
