Looking for 1 or 2 females who want to share a 2 bed 2 bath condo with me in the Traffic Circle area in Long Beach! It has recently been beautifully renovated.

It is a huge master bedroom with attached bath that is available starting November 1st! This will be a month to month agreement.

About the room:

• Master bedroom (unfurnished) with attached bath in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo

• two full sized closets

• two very large brand new windows that keep out the noise of the street but brings in tons of natural light

• Attached bath is modern and contains a brand new tiled shower, double sink vanity with tons of storage, and two light, bright brand new frosted windows for extra privacy but brings in tons of natural light -can provide space A/C and/or heater if needed

• Condo Amenities:

• full modern style kitchen with lots of cabinet space, lazy susan, and brand new stainless steel appliances (fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, free standing range hood, stove/oven)

• in unit washer/dryer (there’s also a community laundry room downstairs)

• large modern, open concept living room with brand new sectional sofa

• water/trash/sewer/electric/internet/all utilities included in rent

• Building amenities:

• gated access

• pool

• BBQ grill

• porch/patio

• recreation room

• 1 parking space available with storage in building’s underground garage

• Located in the Traffic Circle neighborhood of Long Beach across the street from the Traffic Circle shopping center - Starbucks, Cane’s, Marshall’s, Ross, Planet Fitness, Vons, etc. Perfect for students/working professionals. It’s a short bus/car ride to CSULB and City College. Bus stops are located all around the building so super easy to get around.

• You would be sharing the condo with me (I’ll be using the other bedroom/bathroom) and a quiet, non-shedding, friendly small dog who is absolutely adorable and loves to cuddle..

What I’m looking for in a tenant: -pays rent on time

• respectful of other peoples’ property (condo is fully renovated, everything is new)

• quiet, polite, and considerate of common areas as well as the building’s common areas (HOA is strict)

• clean/tidy, helps with cleaning/maintaining upkeep of personal and common spaces

• stable income

• good credit

• is okay to be around a dog

• Sorry, I can’t take in any more pets as there is already one in the home. The HOA of this building is strict about animals.

• Some overnight guests okay within reason

• No loud music/parties after 10 PM

• No smoking

• Rent is $1,400/month for single occupancy, $1,600 for double occupancy (so it would be $800/person/month)

• Background/credit check required (fees will apply, should be around $30-50)

About me: 34 yo female CA native, who has a 9 year old friendly Terrier mix dog. I plan on getting some more furniture and a TV for the common area. However, let me know if you would be interested in bringing your own coffee table, lamp, etc. I work from home and will probably do so in my room, so I prefer someone who works out of an office or at least quietly works from home as I am often on a lot of virtual calls so it would be ideal to just not have too much background noise. Fully vaccinated.
